Teething at 3mos! Remedies

So i’m not asking to start off by asking is my baby teething🤣 I searched teething and that’s all came up.. so because the signs are there i’m sure it’s safe to assume my 3 month old is teething.. she’s unusually fussy, screaming like she’s in pain, drooling excessively, etc.. What remedies worked for you ? I tried a giving her the “razbaby” teether after i froze it and I think it just hurt her gums more.. I gave tylenol but i don’t want to keep giving medication.
