Milk allergy?

I’m so sorry for the graphic content. The office doesn’t open until 9 so I came here seeking help PLEASE. My son was originally on gentleease but realized that was giving him problems but never had diarrhea. I talked to the doctor and she recommended nutrageim I believe it’s spelled. He was the same gassy and fussy baby crying all night in pain . Is it from this formula? Seems a bit more runny than what am use to. New mom here please help me. I’m so sorry for the graphics but I need some relief here please anybody
