In early pregnancy, you won’t notice anything too different: any and all positions totally fine. 
Later in pregnancy, if totally healthy and 0 issues, it’s not that you MUST avoid x,y,z  per se- it is more what’s comfortable and what’s not. 
Big belly: not comfortable on back. Swollen peri area from weight of baby, uterus, increased blood flow: deep thrusts not comfortable.
