The difference a month makes
I started supplementing, and eventually just transitioned my son fully to formula about 3 weeks ago. He wasn't gaining weight like he should. These pictures are a month apart. He looks so much better! Finally got my chubby baby cheeks!

He sleeps better, he's more active when awake, and he is just the happiest baby.
I still feel like I'm not good enough because I can't breastfeed some days. But then he grins at me and I know that I made the right decision. My daughter and I are doing better since I have more time for her. My husband and I are better because he can contribute more and he feels better about that (it never bothered me that he couldn't help much because I know there wasn't anything he could do about feedings).
I was told at his 2 month appointment that he wasn't gaining weight like he should. His follow up is next week, and we were supposed to decide then if supplementing was necessary, but my supply almost disappeared and he needed it sooner. Best decision I made for my family.
