Help find a solution to my butt shape.

So I am a medium in working out (I do lift weights and just work out my glutes/abs, but not consistently). I am currently becoming consistent and is ready for intense workouts. However, I am very hopeless towards changing my butt shape, yet I really hope it is possible. I really want to round it up. First picture is what it looks like now and the second one is edited to what I would want it to look like. Please leave suggestions of workouts or excursises/techniques, maybe diets idk that you think will help. Thanks and have a wonderful day!
