Someone give me advice!! Please!?

I have eczema, it get it while pregnant especially. Up my inner arms and on my hands. I usually get a topical steroid to use but my doctor said I don’t need it right now so she won’t prescribe it. Anyways, I have eczema on my left nipple!! Never in my 31 years have I experienced this or even knew it existed.

My nipple is so huge and pigmented (due to pregnancy) but it’s also dry, itchy, cracked, and has the typical raised bumps and redness going on. I’m sure I’ve been scratching in my sleep or intentionally pinching it because it’s just beyond itchy.

I usually do the whole eucerine or cetaphil bit and top with aquaphor but because it’s my nipple and covered with a shirt or bra, I’m pretty sure the moisture is making it worst!

Any advice? I don’t see my doctor for another month. Products sold at Target or Walmart so I can go buy them ASAP!
