12 weeks pregnant is this normal??????

Just found out I’m 12 weeks pregnant and I’ve been having some brownish discharge sometimes it’s watery. I’m trying to stay calm but is this normal or bad?? Am I going to miscarry??

This happened to me at 12 weeks but instead it was more like a gush in my sleep. I had brown discharge even passed a clot. But baby was fine they don’t know why it happened. My doctor did say that sometimes women bleed. So don’t get your your hopes up have faith. Keep us posted on how it goes 💕💙💕💙

I had brown discharge at 8w3d. My OB got me in for a scan immediately, baby was perfect. Also had some very light pink spotting after intercourse around 11wks again OB got me in for a scan everything was great. My OB and midwife assured me it’s common to spot in the 1st trimester and that 1-4 woman will experience some type of bleeding. OB said the only time she is concerned is when it’s bright red fresh blood with our without clots and cramping. Also told me brown bird is old blood just making it’s way out of your system. I would absolutely call your OB just to inform them of what’s going on!They need and want to know these types of things!!!! I think baby is just fine but call for reassurance. I’m 13 weeks today! I think little babe is just fine!! Good luck mama. Keep us updated!!!

Always inform your midwife or OB of anything you are concerned about but early on I had brown discharge, quite a bit and my midwife informed me that it was just old blood being flushed and tends to happen with an irritated cervix. 
If you've had sex, that could very well be why yours seeing it. Furthermore you should wait to have intercourse until spotting has stopped or you've been given the ok to continue. 
I am 39 weeks and got the brown discharge for 10 days at the beginning of my pregnancy and have not seen it since.
