Am I Bi or Pan??

I’m honestly confused as to the difference of Bi and Pan, and which one I am. I am attracted to all genders so I thought that meant Bi but I would love anyone for who they are no matter the gender identification and people are saying that’s Pan. Can someone please clarify? Thank you

Pansexual means gender has no impact or effect on your attraction to someone, bisexual means you’re attracted to 2 or more genders. So if you don’t care about the gender of a potential partner/lover you can absolutely identify as Pan. You can also identify as bi. It’s kinda like a square is a rectangle but a rectangle is not a square. Pan is bi but bi is not Pan. Do not listen to the other commenter who said pans a new term or “politically correct,” that’s false. I’ve been identifying as Pan for 7 years, that’s not new. It also has NOTHING to do with your willingness to date trans/non-binary or “masculine males and feminine females.” 🙄🙄

Bi = attracted to two or more genders, typically male and female
Pan= don’t care about the gender/sex identities at all
I’m pan; I don’t care if someone is male, female, trans, identify as a damn dragon, etc. 
I just care about if they are a shitty person or not

Essentially pan (all) just came around as a politcally correct term. I consider myself pan (all) but wouldn't be offended if you called me bi (2) either. Sometimes people still use bi (2) if they are attracted to the traditional masculine males and feminine females (or would at least veer away from dating someone who is nonbinary or trans etc). The only one who the label should matter to is you though so use what you are comfortable with.
