I don’t want to get my hopes up so I need advice!

I didn’t get my period in October my last period was end of sept! Last Thursday I went to the doctor they did an ultra sound and said they didn’t see any sign of me being pregnant! Today I took 3 test and they all came back positive! Can it be a false positive or can I actually be pregnant? Any help or advice would be appreciated!
