Protein shake
Does anyone know if shamrock farms protein shakes are pasteurized/safe for pregnancy? On the back it dosnt mention being pasteurized but says “made with pure, great tasting milk” but when I search about it it says their products are ultra pasteurized? I’m confused. I took a big sip before reading then kinda thought of it
