Melatonin and TTC
I take melatonin supplement to help regulate my sleep since i work night shift. I was randomly looking at the bottle one day and noticed it specifically says DO NOT take if pregnant or TTC. I’m curious to know why? And has anyone else been able to conceive while taking melatonin? Thanks!
