Vaginal issues?needing advice

Some extra info. I haven’t had sex in 1 month. I’m 16 weeks pregnant.

So I’m experiencing a rash in my lady parts. It’s more on the lips? And somewhat the creases. Also vaginal tearing and dryness. Im assuming the dryness is causing my vagina to tear? It hurts to wipe. No foul odors or weird discharge all is pretty normal in that aspect. Im just really concerned
