Hello Glow Girls I need help

I went to the Doctor Several times and conducted a series of test on my vagina and all labs came back normal

I have done a pelvic exam

Pap Smear

& Transvaginal Ultrasound

All things came back normal

I currently take Apri birth control and I’ve been experiencing abnormal bleeding for a couple of months so the Nurse Practitioner gave me

Ibuprofen to stop the bleeding which it did but now I’m bleeding again and heavier I even bleed during sex ! This is creeping me out

what do I do???
