Contractions

I’m 36 weeks and 2 days I’ve been feeling really crampy and my back has been hurting I’m super uncomfortable with BAD acid reflux and my stomach has been upset and more discharge I know my little one is sitting on my pubic bone so I’m going to guess she’s gonna come alittle early but I’m a first time mom and I’m having random pain but I don’t know if it’s a contraction or not it started on my left side twice then went to my right side once so far each lasting 30 secs or more. It’s a very sharp pain
