Heart burn ?

Is heart burn and acid reflux the same feeling ? When I lay down I get this pressure in my chest/throat and my mouth starts to water like I’m going to puke but I never do . Is this heart burn or acid reflux it’s getting so bad 😖 I’m 25 weeks btw

Basically yeah, milk and other things like yogurt and I heard watermelon can help with heartburn but it didn’t work for me . I had severe heartburn & reflex off of even water . Someone told me Pepcid completes were really good and as soon as I take them almost immediately it is gone . I highly recommend Just make sure u check with your doctor first
