It's your choice, If you're paying for it might as well continue as you've taken all the meds, n only need 1 for a baby..
I'm in the UK, and it was nhs funded, first time round we only had a few so decided that we'd pause treatment as the round dosent count if they don't collect, we redid it again the next month and had 12 mature eggs collected

I had 6 mature and 1 borderline..... they were able to get all 7 and all 7 miraculously had mature eggs in them. You never know. 
One of those is now my 4 month old little boy 🥰
