Ruining sleep
We're trying to take some family trips this month for the holidays and they have been ruining by baby's sleep. We've tried her sleeping in pack and play as well as bassinet. She wakes every 2-3 hours at night with MAYBE 30 minutes of daytime napping for her sessions. We try to keep her on the same nap schedule but it's almost like she doesn't want to sleep with all the stimulation.
At home she sleeps great with only one night nursing around 4a. Guaranteed 30-1.5 hr naps (short in the morning long in the afternoon)
What do you guys do for trips? Any favorite sleep solutions? I'm. Exhausted.
