How many weeks am I?

So I found out I was pregnant last week. I’m wondering how I can tell how many weeks I am? I came off the pill last October and got my first cycle on June 25th, next one Aug 16th and my last one Sep 15th. I have my doctors appointment on Thursday but am wondering do I go by my last cycle or the clear blue test which said 2-3 weeks which will be 4-5 weeks! Appreciate all the help x

Go off the first day of your last period, there are websites that can help. 
I believe you’re supposed to add 1-2 weeks to the number the digitals give you.

Normally you would go off of your last period but with irregular cycles they will do. Dating scan and go off of the size of the baby.
