Numb toes

Just curious if anyone has experienced anything similar? I’m 6 weeks pregnant with my second and I noticed about a week ago that my left big toe is numb. Like all the time. Just the top of it. It’s not tingly or prickly or anything just kind of that feeling when it’s asleep and just about to start getting pins and needles. I did have a csection with my first and I felt like since then the inside of my thigh was numb but I also just thought it may be from the extra weight I put on in my legs. 🤦‍♀️ I’m wondering if I just didn’t notice it and was numb since the csection all the way to my toes?
