Success stories: iui w/letrozole, progesterone, and trigger??

I have been ttc for about 6 years now with the only luck I've had ending in a miscarriage in 2020. I've been steadily on letrozole and progesterone for the past year and this cycle we have finally moved forward and are doing iui with letrozole progesterone and ovidrel trigger. I'm just hoping to hear some success stories and how many cycles you may have had to do to get pregnant. I will also note my SO has mild motility issues with his sperm and I have pcos.
