What are you feeding your LO besides formula/breast milk?

Question

How did you prepare the eggs and peanut butter that the doctors say to start now to deter an allergy? Also, what else have you prepared? Did you have anxiety giving it to them the first time? I’m not against giving my LO table food like us, I’m just terrified lol😅 FTM here

I did the eggs in an omelet style and sliced them in finger length/width bites. We did peanut butter on whole grain toast sliced the same way. He loves it!

I gave my boy peanut butter mixed in with his oatmeal cereal in the morning. The next day I gave him toast with peanut butter to suck on. He loved it. Just long strips and watch closely. Gave him water  to wash it down also. 
He has water at lunch time every day in a sippy cup. 
I've tried a couple veggies steamed, just cut into long pieces.  Same with fruit. Cut a banana in half and leave the bottom of the peel on so they can hold it. My pediatrician told me they are just messing in it and experimenting with textures at this point. New things. You'll get there. Look up some baby feeding things on Instagram.

Wide variety of fruits & veggies. We will be starting Baby Led Weaning pretty soon so she will get everything that we eat
