Toddler hates water. What can I do?

So my 15 month old hatess drinking water, which is why hes constantly constipated.
Ive tried everyy cup you can think of. He drinks a little then throws a tantrum. I literally have to spoon feed him water.. its ridiculous. And even then its a struggle
He’ll drink cucumber water, spoon fed though -.- He can hold the sippy cup and all but doesnt like holding a cup up to drink at all, only a bottle for his milk

I would start with some watered down apple juice mixed in. Like half and half. As he gets used to drinking that I would slowly start getting rid of the juice. It’s good for kids to drink water. I have nephews (teens now) that absolutely won’t & it’s a little ridiculous. Mine drink milk at breakfast, then water the rest of the day. They occasionally will have a juice or soda or something if we eat out but they actually like water.

This is the lemon flavored but they also have so many other flavores. My girls just prefer this one.

What my nephews doctor told his mom was if he gets thirsty he will drink. Don't offer outside help, don't offer outside drinks and pick one cup and stick with it

Is the issue that he doesn't like water or that he doesn't like drinking from something other than a bottle?

Maybe try something with a flavor or like tea. And if you are really concerned about his water intake, try water with a tiny bit of his formula. So it is waterd down milk, stil the flavor but more liquid.

We do watered down apple juice… if we’re being too generous he’ll get half and half but it’s usually just a little bit of apple juice with mostly water

We used to put about a fourth a cup of apple juice and fill the rest up with water. Gives it an apple juice flavor but it's mostly water. My son drank that for the longest. Now he doesn't like most juices because they are too sweet and prefers plain water.

My toddler hardly drank water until I weaned him from breastfeeding at 16 months. Even the first week after weaning he wouldn’t drink much and it was scaring me a lot, but then he started to realize he needed to drink something when he’s thirsty. Now he drinks a lot of water and even asks for it with sign language. 
If he’s still drinking milk I wouldn’t worry tooo much yet, but maybe offer it from “mommy’s cup” or even teach him how to say water in sign language

My daughter is the same way sometimes. I leave her straw cup in her playroom so when she gets thirsty she will drink it. Is your little one getting milk throughout the day?

Have you tried flavored water. The nestle splash with lemon are some of my girls favorite. They drink them like crazy but only my youngest will drink water freely my oldest hates it. So i chose flavored.
