Can you start puking only a few weeks into pregnancy?

Question

I am puking my brains out and it doesn't make any sense. Food poisoning is ruled out because nobody else is sick and they've eaten the same things I have at the same times. 
Nobody is sick with a stomach bug. 
I have an IUD but my so does.. cum in me sorry TMI. 
My period is due in 7 days or so. 
My friend thinks I could be pregnant but I seriously don't feel like testing before a missed period. 
If I am pregnant I had to have gotten pregnant like 2-3 weeks ago. I thought pregnancy hormones didn't start making you sick until around week 6 or am I wrong? If I tested right now the levels probably wouldn't even be high enough to be picked up on a test which is why I feel it's pointless right now. My so is currently out getting nausea meds 
Yes, I am FULLY aware of how dangerous a pregnancy can be with an IUD. The second I have a positive test I'll be going to the hospital or if my OBGYN can get me in immediately to rule out a tubal pregnancy. 
Are OTC meds safe for a pregnancy if I am pregnant? Sorry for so many questions I have barfed my brain out

If you think your vomiting due to a pregnancy, a test would be positive. But to answer your question, yes. You can start puking early in pregnancy. I was throwing up and got my BFP a few days later. I was about 3 weeks when I found out I was pregnant.

If your puking is due to pregnancy then a test would be blazing right now. Otherwise it's just a tummy bug.

Could be a stomach bug not everyone gets it. Its unlikely you're pregnant due to having the iud but it isn't impossible.

If you got pregnant 2-3 weeks ago as in ovulated, it may show on a test now. It would probably still be too early to be causing the nausea though. If you are only 2-3 weeks counting from the first day of your last period, therefore likely 0-1 weeks past ovulation, it wouldn't show up and wouldn't be possible to have nausea. You can test for peace of mind, if its far enough along to cause symptoms it would be far enough along to test. If the test is negative, your symptoms are likely caused by something else. 
Its probably just a stomach bug that you caught and the rest of your family didn't. It could even your body reacting bad to something you ate, just because the rest of your family's bodies didn't react the same doesn't mean its not possible for you.
