My son was circumcised when he was born before leaving the hospital. I would say at about a little over 3 months he started to look uncircumcised. His little penis is hiding. I have to retract the extra skin during diaper changes at times and bathing to get any stuff that may accumulate there. Only now the top of the extra skin is starting to look red. He's 16 weeks now. He doesn't look like his is in any discomfort from it. I have read it could be normal due to extra fat from gaining weight. He has a Dr appointment next week but anyone experienced this with their baby boy? I have two other boys and did not experience this.
