Peeing alot

So I’m peeing a lot. I always feel like I’m not fully emptying and I got checked for uti not even a month ago so I’m not sure where this is coming from. I can sit on the toilet all day and I’ll still have little bits left. Im scared that it’s a cyst. I’ve also been checked for kidney stones/infection and there are none. Is this just my bladder being overly active because of older age? Im only 27. Anyone having this problem. Please help! I know yal aren’t docs. Just wondering if anybody went through the same and got treatment/surgery etc. I’d like to hear experiences. Im not in pain at all btw just the urge to pee alot and I’m not sexually active either or have any sti’s
