Can I still drink this protein powder?
I bought protein powder about a year ago, and completely forgot about it after a few uses. So, it’s been open for about a year, no more.
The expiry is May 2022. It says nothing about using within a certain amount of time after opening, but can you use a protein powder after it’s been open for so long?
