Postpartum Fitness
Idk about anyone else but three pregnancies has done a number on my knees. They crackle all day long and I’m almost afraid to get back into my workout routine for fear of damaging my knees from putting too much pressure on them 😢 I will continue to workout to keep myself moving, but has anyone had a similar situation getting back into exercising after baby?? TIA 🥰
