First trimester breast pain

I'm in my first trimester and I have found that when I sleep on my back for too long it kills my boobs but if I sleep on my sides it's mostly fine. Unfortunately I can't always control how I sleep. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did/do you deal with it?
