Routine

Just wondering what time you all put your baby to bed for the night at 3 months? I've been trying to put her on a routine but its so hard when she's a colic baby. I think now she's outgrown it cuz she's been good the past 2 weeks but she's been going to bed at 1130 pm. Tonight I kept her awake after her last nap at 430 and bathed her at 7 and bottle and then by 730 she's in bed sleeping. I'm just worried she's gonna think this is only nap time and be up in 2-3 hours. Is 730 to early for a 3 month old??
