Reflux Babies

My poor lo has pretty bad reflux, sometimes

wakes up screaming from it. She also chokes when eating or sometimes even randomly between feeds. We are doing everything the doctor suggested, and it’s better: meds, smaller and frequent meals, sitting up at least a half hour after feeding, slightly elevated crib mattress. Unfortunately, reflux peaks at this time and we really just have to wait it out. Anybody else have a bad reflux baby? Any tips on making her more comfortable and this momma less paranoid that she’s gonna choke in her sleep?
