How do I delete my phone from the internet?

I googled myself and I am devastated… 
I knew that when you buy a home the address and all things that come with it is public records but my number? It was on multiple sites and all of my relatives and people I used to know … it’s pretty creepy … even my ex made it into that list 😳 
I just want my number scrubbed off the internet so I can stop getting the daily spam calls.

That's weird but I guess things work differently in other places. Maybe get a new number, keep your current one as a spare one.

Make sure your apps don’t have access to find you in google. For instance, Facebook has an option to turn it off in settings.
