Best questions to ask?

Hey all,

I’m going to a new OB/GYN on Monday (Nov. 29) and I want to discuss with her my fertility concerns being an almost 37 year old woman trying to conceive for the first time.

Can anyone give me any advice on the kinds of questions to ask, what testing I might want to get done, and what information she might want from me so I can be better prepared and have the most productive discussion possible?

I appreciate any and all assistance! I’m just nervous.

(I already have a list of the supplements I am taking.)
