Bleeding in uterus

It’s been a rough 24 hours. Yesterday afternoon I found pink blood when I wiped, and it’s still there today, increasing and decreasing amount.

I’ve had a blood test and ultrasound. My levels are at 3500 but I’m measuring behind, based on my last period I should be 6.5 but the ultrasound measured 5.5. And they couldn’t find a heartbeat. The blood is coming from next to the sac, but the sac is sitting low.

I’m so scared and all that I can do is sit and wait for the next blood test Friday and ultrasound next Wednesday. Has anyone experienced this before?
