So I have been talking to this guy I met on a dating app for about 2 weeks. Yes I know a dating app 🙄 no judging please!!! We’re supposed to be going on our first date this week and I am nervous as I haven’t dated since breaking up with my daughters father. We did meet up a few days ago just to confirm we were us. (No catfishing!!!) Yes we met in a public place as I know I must be careful. We talked for about an hour. He’s a cop, 30 years old (my age bracket) he doesn’t have any kids (knows I have one) he seems like a nice guy so far. We have been texting everyday. Nervous about actually going on a real date!!! 😬 what do I wear? We’re still debating where we’re going. I live in Fl. Possibly out to eat and a walk on the beach? Maybe a movie? We seemed really easy to talk to and we laughed so I’m not really worried about conversation. Any thoughts on a first kiss if there’s a connection? All advice appreciated!!!
