Does anyone know if these are worth it?

I bought them. They taste good but not sure if they made a difference. You can just make your own for cheaper. I have a recipe for cookies that I just modify to make lactation cookies.

I struggled to produce enough milk (I have two autoimmune diseases). Those didn’t help me.

I bought those but didn’t eat them religiously enough to know if they did anything. They taste pretty good though.

I ate those and drank body armor with my second baby and was able to pump an ounce more with my second so maybe it did...I just know they taste really good lol
