9 days past ovulation question

I am 9 days past ovulation. I took 2 88 cent Walmart test both show very faint lines but can't say positive it negative as I'm not sure till I see progression ... I am having cramping that makes me nauseated , my feet swelled earlier out of the blue , I took a ovulation test and it is positive. ... I ovulated the 16th and the 17th. I shouldn't be ovulating. I was told by my doctor that sometimes ovulation tests can pick up hcg and turn positive before a actual test so I took a test actually 2 both showed very faint lines ... ladies what was your symptoms leading to your bfp... I am confused and excited as I feel pregnant just dont wanna give my hopes up
