Should I test… again?

My last 2 cycles have been 30 days but my average cycle is 32 days. I recently had my iud (was in for 9months 5days) expel and have been a bit paranoid but also hoping that maybe it’s a sign. I tested on Nov. 24 but it came back negative. I am 3 days out from my predicted period and been experiencing cramping and nausea for the last week.
