Period twice in a month?!!

Hi
I got my period on the 8th of this month and today (9 days before I’m due again) I am bleeding. Is it normal to get your period twice in a month? I only had it a couple weeks ago? This spotting/bleeding never happens this far out from when I’m due. 
Can anyone relate or give me some advice please?

I had the same thing happen had normal period in oct then 19days later I had another only last 2days and wasn't much of one I'm just waiting to see if my next period starts it's due in 5days
