So confused

I took an ovulation test on Nov 18 my app said that I would ovulate on Nov 17 but I took the test on nov 18 around 6 or 7pm.. it was super positive the t line was as dark as the c line.. I had intercourse that night & next day around lunch time I started with mild cramps??
