LMP or Conception Date?

I’ll confirm with an ultrasound, buuuut I tracked my cycle this month & my last period started 10/25 but my peak ovulation was 11/14. I got my positive pregnancy test on 11/22. So I’m curious if it’s more accurate to go by LMP or conception date?

You always go by LMP until the scan and then only change the date if it’s +/- 7 days difference
