Mother’s! How quickly did you conceive and any advice?

Me and my partner are trying to conceive, and while we both want to be patient, what is some advice that could help us conceive quicker, or put our minds at ease? Any advice is appreciated!

First was a one time happy surprise and my second took 3 years

6 months - first (ended in a mmc)
5 months - 2nd (I bled for 3 months post D&C, 2nd month with no bleeding)
1 month - 3rd
2 months - 4th
With my quick ones we didn’t stress it and just waited to see what happened.

Use OPKs. The apps are just guessing when you ovulate (it was a week off for me). BBT charting is good too but you have to have a set schedule to do it at the same time every AM.
