Anyone had this before???

I am 7 weeks 2 days and have been spotting/ bleeding when i wipe since 4 weeks 3 days. It was pinkish red one time. My doctor has put me on progesterone pills and checked HCG every 48 hours. My HCG was going up perfectly fine until this past Wednesday. She said it didn’t go up… but it’s over 6,000 (it’s 8,000) and I’ve heard it could take longer to double after 6,000? Has anyone else spotted/bled for this long? It looks like coffee grounds. I have an ultrasound scheduled for Tuesday and i am SO worried.
