Preterm labor

32 weeks as of today posted yesterday I had some spotting going on have a history of preterm birth before went in and found out I’m 2 cm dilated how soon can you guys say Labor could be IVE never had bleeding like that I have lost mucus plug before but it never had that much blood like this one did
