Has anyone been diagnosed with inevitable miscarriage and had it be wrong and everything be ok.

Not really sure what to think at this point. My levels at 6wk and 4 days were 30,000 and my Dr ordered more labs today, I would be 8 wks and he told me that based of the er ultrasound my levels would be down a bit. But they have increased and are now at 60,486. So not sure if I should still hold out any hope or....Any input would be amazingly appreciated.
