Pregnant or Late?

I’ve seen lots of posts about late periods and negative test results but not a lot of follow ups about what happened…I’m late with nausea, cramps, headaches and irritability. I’ve never been late for a period before except when I was pregnant with my son. I’m usually 23-26 days) and today is day 31. pregnancy test was negative. I messaged my Dr but he hasn’t gotten back to me yet. So, to pass the time and make myself feel like I’m doing something…😅
How many of you were actually pregnant and how many were just late?

I was a week late for the first time in my life. Cramping like crazy and feeling like trash but no bleeding. Almost a year later now I’m rocking my little boy to sleep 😴

How did you track and confirm ovulation? Usually if period is late and pregnancy tests are negative it’s due to late ovulation or no ovulation. The later you ovulate the later your cycle will be.

i’m 5 days late with 2 negative tests, and I had a period since last intercourse. must just be a weird month

I’m late four days and all my tests are negative as well. I have been having cramps, nausea, tender breasts, and fatigue.

I'm 7 days late and negative test but dont know for sure when I ovulated so I could of ovulated later this month than normal

I’m a day late and today I started cramping with pink spotting. So I’m not sure if I’m pregnant or if it’s implantation bleeding. All my test were negative too. Soooo confusing
