Idk what’s goin on

Little recap of the past year; I had my baby December 2020 since then I was getting my periods regularly until I didn’t have it July-September. So I got on birth control to jump start it and had it in October almost the whole month. Stopped taking birth control because i was having an allergic reaction. Now that we’re all caught up I haven’t had it in November (eve predicts I’m 21days late) and a few days ago I started seeing brown spotting only when wiping, the next day the brown spotting was a little more watery/streaky, and now today it’s red. The thing is there’s absolutely NO blood in my pee, the toilet is clear but the toilet paper isn’t. I’m just freaking out because i Google everything and I’m confused if it could be a miscarriage or an etopic pregnancy bleed.

I’m having mild cramps, random sharp pain in left abdomen and low back pain.

I know y’all aren’t doctors but I just wanted to see if y’all knew what this is or went through it or could ease my mind. Please no judging I know I sound like a baby but I’m scared😂 I’ve taken tests all were negative
