Irrationally angry

Anyone else find themselves randomly irrationally angry?

Today has been one of those days for me. I'm just walking around with steam coming out of my ears.... for really no reason whatsoever 🤣🤣🤣 luckily my husband is at work all day and is not getting the brunt of my hostility all day long... but this morning when he woke me up to get ready for work I screamed at the top of my lungs (out of a dead sleep) "DO NOT EFFING TOUCH ME OR I SWEAR". I've never seen such fear in his eyes. 🤣

I'll take the random crying over this anger any day 🤣 I'm scaring myself.
