Lost my baby today 😭

Hey mamas, I'm devastated to share I started cramping and light spotting last night and went in for an ultrasound this morning and they could not find the heartbeat and said baby stopped growing since 5 days ago.. even though baby was fine and i saw the heartbeat then 😭 i was measuring a week behind what my LMP had me at but doctor wasnt worried because baby looked good and had a heartbeat and he said measuring a week behind or ahead is normal sigh.

He said my OB will do a D&C in office on Wednesday not in the hospital.. i am really scared as I only had a D&C in the hospital totally under general anesthesia so i didn't have to see or feel what was going on.. has anyone had experience with an in office D&C and mana what to expect during and after?
