I am defeated by this terrible raw diaper rash. My poor buddy is starting to fight sleep and feedings because he’s uncomfortable! It’s two little raw spots mirrored on his butt cheeks.

I only dab it with “natural” wipes, dry his butt, and apply ointment. I’ve tried Desitin, A+D, Triple Paste, Aquaphor zinc and Aquaphor clear paste. Nothing works.

I took him to a pediatrician at 10 days old because his umbilical cord stump smelled bad. It ended up being nothing but the doc was concerned with the diaper rash and prescribed Nystatin in case it was fungal. It’s been 3 days and it did not work, honestly it looks a little worse. Idk wtf to do! My poor baby!!
