Late period with severe cramping.. please help!

I had made a post a few days ago discussing my symptoms surrounding my currently late period. I had dizziness shortly after Glows predicted ovulation window (in which my husband and I were intimate twice), hot flashes, headaches, mild stomach cramps and nausea, backaches, and, about 4 days before I should have started my period, had light brownish/pink spotting in my discharge.

My last period started on October 29, and has been VERY regular. I should have started my period on Friday, November 26 but it didn’t come, and I haven’t had any of my typical, “period about to start” symptoms.

Then, this morning around 4 am, I woke up, drenched in sweat, with cramping so severe, I can’t put into words. It was intermittent but the “waves” of pain came a few minutes apart. I took some Midol and the frequency slowed enough that I could sleep until I had to get up for work. From there, the waves were still further apart but bad enough that work sent me to the doctor. I had urine and blood work done, with no signs of infections in either test area. I now have a constant stomach ache with the waves of pain mixed in. I normally consider myself a tough person, and pain rarely brings me out of sleep, but I’ve been battling tears all day because of the severity. I’ve never felt anything like this.

I still have not started my period and didn’t get any sure answers/possibilities from the doctor. Has anyone had this or know what’s going on? I appreciate any and all insight, I’m really struggling 😅
